Who We Are

Preparing Scouts for Life Since 1937

Troop 103 is a Scouts BSA troop based in Summerfield, North Carolina, and chartered through the Old North State Council of Scouting America. We serve boys ages 11–17 from Summerfield, Greensboro, and the surrounding communities.

"Our mission is to prepare youth for life by developing them through the Scout Oath and Law."
  • Boy‑led troop — Scouts plan outings, lead meetings, and mentor younger members.
  • Adult‑guided, not adult‑run — an experienced volunteer leadership team supports every step.
  • A clear trail to Eagle Scout, with merit badge opportunities scheduled year‑round.
